Procedures After Acceptance

Accepted papers for publication in Interdisciplinary Educational Technology will be submitted to a production editor for further editing and publication.

Once the galley proof is ready, the EditorialPark system sends galley proofs to the authors so that they can make the necessary corrections via the journal's peer review management and submission system.

Some minor adjustments may be made during typesetting, such as resizing the images in the article to fit the journal’s template. Authors may be asked to provide higher-resolution images.

Authors should submit their corrections or galley proof approval through the journal's peer review management and submission system.

A new galley proof will be prepared and sent to the authors if additional revisions are required. The article will be published on the journal's website once the authors and production editors have accepted the galley proof. At the time of publication, volume, issue, article, and DOI numbers are inserted into the full text of the article, and a publication-ready version is created.

After an article is published online, the authors receive an email.
